They are linked to the pergola structure and controlled by a switch in the house. On average, a hanging light over a patio table should be between 34 and 38 inches apart. Matt McBurney Construction erected the pergola. Smith and Hawkin supplied the teak furniture, while Restoration Hardware provided the cushions. The patio is approximately 10 feet long and 20 feet wide.
A cast-in-place concrete fire pit warms and enhances the ambiance of this Seattle backyard patio. It’s a wooden fire pit, and the bottom is concrete and about 18 inches deep. Concrete precast 24 “x24″ paver flooring covers the entire space. The pavers are placed in 3/4″ clean crushed granite with a 2″ to 3” gap between them. The fence is made of cedar with a mild stain.
